We are quick, efficient and affordable. We also offer a 'No Fix - No Fee' policy for our domestic customers. This means that if we can't fix your computer, you don't get charged a penny. This service is only 80p per minute including VAT with a minimum charge of just £5.00 (a little over 6 minutes).

Is your computer running a little slower than you would like, is it a year or more old? If so, we can usually upgrade your computer to make it faster and save you from having to buy a new one.
Unfortunately though, there are a couple of the best known manufacturers who use bespoke sized parts so that you have to go to them for upgraded parts, so why not give us a call to discuss your computer.
Setting up a router can be a harrowing task to a layman, but it is a very simple task for us and it is only the very rare occasions that we cannot set up your internet connection within one hour.
As with internet setup, wireless networks can seem very confusing to most people even though the products that highstreet retailers sell you say how easy they are to set up.
We have set up hundreds of wireless networks for people all over the world. When you enlist our help you can be guarenteed that your network will be set up optimally and that it will be as secure as possible.
This is also normally achieved in as little as an hour.

This is a service that we normally offer in conjuction with outsourcing, but there is no reason that it couldn't be offered to our domestic customers also.
We can inspect your current system(s) and advise the best way to upgrade or replace your equipment, or we can simply liaise between you and your supplier. Let us worry about the technical speak needed. This is very useful when you find yourself dealing with a company which is trying to blind you or fob you off with technical mumbo jumbo.
