We have been fixing our customers' IT problems since 1994 in this area. We serve both the business and domestic market. While we provide excellent levels of service in all main areas of IT, we specialise in outsourced IT services for businesses, data recovery from 'dead' machines and remote computer support to offer you the most efficient service possible.

We offer three types of service to match your needs. Being one of the pioneers of remote computer assistance, this proves most popular. If you have a computer problem but still have access to the internet we can guide you through a simple process to connect one of our engineers to your computer using your internet connection. This is fast and secure and if we have an engineer available when you call, we are able to get straight on with fixing your problem.We have helped customers from across the globe with this facility. If your problem is a simple one to fix this may be the cheapest option as it is billed at just 80p per minute with a £5.00 minimum charge.

If you don't have internet access, or your computer problem is preventing you from switching on the PC, or connecting to the internet we provide an onsite service in the local area.

Finally, we offer a workshop service by arrangement where you drop off your computer and pick it up again when it is fixed. As we don't incur any costs from coming to you, we can pass these savings on to you and this is our cheapest option per hour.
