Remote Support

With our remote support facility we are able to talk you thorugh a few simple steps to connect your computer to one of our engineers via the internet. It is simple, fast and completely secure. When we disconnect the support session, the connection is completely removed as if we had never been there.

As long as you can still switch your computer on and access the internet we can connect remotely within a couple of minutes so that we can start fixing your problem right away. There is no need to wait for a call out and it normally works out cheaper than an onsite callout. Also if you like, you can sit and watch the repair. Many of our customers say that they can learn so much more this way as there isn't an engineer sat in front of them.

This service is from just 80p per minute including VAT with a minimum charge of just £5.00 (a little over 6 minutes).

We are one of the pioneers of remote support and it is one of our specialties. We have several different methods that we use. If you want to try our remote support service and accept* our terms and conditions you are ready to go. The most common option below is for when we have given you a session code to connect with. This is a unique 6 digit number that is only valid for single use. Our other main method is to email you a link that you simply click on to start the remote support process.

Either way it is completely secure and it is a 'one off' connection. In other words, we will only have access to your computer this time. If you ask us to we can install a different remote support option if you are likely to use the remote support service again. This would be installed (only with your permission) during the remote support session and it would allow us to connect to you more easily in the future. With this option your screen would change and you would have a message telling you that we had connected. We can never connect to your computer in a 'stealth' mode without you seeing a message on your screen.
